Return and Refund

Customer satisfaction is our prime aim. In any misfortunate event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we would initiate refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the product description and conditions of each deal before buying as it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the sovereignity to cancel their products or services and request a refund or return from us.

Return:

Customer are supposed to raise the return request on manasa@weavingsmiles.com within 2 days from the date of delivery. He/she should state a genuine valid reason along with product images through an email.

Refund:

After the refund request is successfully processed, cost of the product will be refunded back to the provided account details within 12 working Days. Customer needs to maintain invoice number, order number or any related details and reproduce it through an email whenever demanded. Once the request is successfully processed cost of the product will be refunded back to your given account details within 12 working Days.

Customer needs to mention invoice number, order number or any related details in the email. Please fill up our refund form and submit the same to initiate the refund process. A valid reason with supporting must be highlighted through the refund form. In Case Of Items should be unused and packed in original packing with price labels and tags attached to it.
